It opened on 29 March, 2016 replacing baywell house near tucker close which closed in December 2015 after being tested out of business due to dwindling exam pass rates and rising costs. baywell house houses a main building with lecture theatres, 250 parking spaces and one shopfront as well as an annex that serves a cafe-style lunchroom open from 07:45 until 15 minutes prior to the start of each theory test.
