Drivers with disabilities should get extra time to pass the test. Adaptations fitted to vehicles must be approved by the DMV before being used.

The pass mark for the car test is 86% (43/50). You must answer at least 43 questions correctly to pass the multiple choice section. You must also pass the hazard perception test (44/75) to pass the overall theory exam.
